Dr. Kucera has graduated from the Charles University School of Law and started his career as a journalist specializing in International Business and Economics. He worked as a Government Affairs Manager of the largest Czech company Skoda Auto. Now he is active in several businesses in Europe and Ethiopia.

Mr. Hey's professional experience includes 15 years of work in Telecommunications and IT. He is a recognized professional and speaks extensively to industry groups and government agencies.
